PRO TIPS

For best results please consider the following suggestions:

DO NOT USE WORK EMAIL ADDRESSES
We have found that some work email accounts are blocking the emails that our system sends out. To ensure your gift card arrives, use a personal email address like @gmail.com or @yahoo.com etc. Of course, if it is a gift and you do not know their personal email address, recipients can always contact us to resend the activation link to a different email address.
CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER
If you are not seeing the emails from our system in your inbox, please check your SPAM FOLDER
DON'T STORE EMAIL IN YOUR SPAM FOLDER
The SPAM folder is automatically deleted every few days. To avoid losing important information, make sure to print or save the emails from our system, or move them to another folder right away
CONTACT GIFT CARD RECIPIENT
If you are gifting this to someone else, we highly recommend that you contact them separately to inform them of the gift. They will need to know to check their SPAM FOLDER. We would hate for them to miss important emails from our system
