USING YOUR MORETTI'S E-GIFT CARDIS EASY AS 1, 2, 3.

1. After purchasing your Moretti's E-Gift Card, you (or the person you gifted the card to) will receive an email with an activation link. You only need to click this link one time

2. Clicking that link will generate a second email that contains the 12 digit code and 4 digit pin number you will use to redeem your gift card. If you do not see those emails in your inbox, please check your spam folder!

3. Save the code & pin number - print it out, or save it on your phone to use on your next order from Moretti's.

We have found that some work email accounts are blocking the emails that our system sends out. To ensure your gift card arrives, use a personal email address like @gmail.com or @yahoo.com etc. Of course, if it is a gift and you do not know their personal email address, recipients can always contact us to resend the activation link to a different email address.

If you are not seeing the emails from our system in your inbox, please check your SPAM FOLDER
DON'T STORE EMAIL IN YOUR SPAM FOLDER
The SPAM folder is automatically deleted every few days. To avoid losing important information, make sure to print or save the emails from our system, or move them to another folder right away
CONTACT GIFT CARD RECIPIENT
